Terms of Service

Turbine is currently operated from Switzerland by its founders. Until a Swiss company name is published here, references to "Turbine", "we", "us", or "our" mean the Turbine founding team operating the service.

Legal notices can be sent to legal@turbine.so. Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@turbine.so.

Turbine is a workday and scheduling assistant. It works with the sources you choose to connect, such as calendar, email, task, and project-management tools. Turbine uses authorized context to surface relevant work, propose plans, and, when allowed, create or update Turbine-managed tasks and schedule blocks.

Turbine is designed to use the minimum amount of data reasonably necessary for the features you enable. If you do not connect a source, Turbine will not access that source.

Turbine is an assistant, not a professional adviser. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, employment, or other regulated advice.

You are responsible for the account you create, the integrations you connect, and the permissions you grant. Only connect accounts and workspaces that you are allowed to connect.

Third-party services such as Google, Linear, Todoist, WorkOS, hosting providers, analytics providers, and model providers may have their own terms. Turbine is not responsible for their services, outages, or policy decisions.

Turbine may read connected data and make suggestions without asking for a separate approval every time. Material write actions, such as creating, completing, deleting, or scheduling tasks, should be presented for approval before they are applied.

You remain responsible for reviewing plans, calendar changes, approvals, deadlines, and source data. Do not rely on Turbine as the only system of record for critical obligations.

Turbine may change quickly. Features may be incomplete, interrupted, inaccurate, or removed. We may limit, suspend, or end access where needed for safety, security, legal compliance, product integrity, or misuse.

We try to keep Turbine useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect scheduling, complete context, or error-free model output.

Do not use Turbine to break the law, violate third-party rights, access data without permission, abuse connected services, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, interfere with security, or overload the system.

Do not connect data that you are not allowed to process through Turbine. Do not use Turbine for high-risk use cases where a wrong suggestion or missed event could create serious harm without independent human review.

You keep ownership of your content and connected source data. You give Turbine the permission needed to process that content to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

If you send feedback or suggestions, we may use them without owing you compensation, while respecting our privacy commitments.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turbine is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turbine will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, including missed meetings, missed deadlines, lost business, lost data, or reliance on inaccurate output.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where limitation is not permitted by applicable law, including intentional misconduct or mandatory statutory rights.

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the courts at Turbine's Swiss place of operation have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms as the product, company structure, or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest update. Material changes should be communicated in a reasonable way before they apply.
