Public questions and beta access
For general public questions about Turbine, its supported sources or agent connections, reach @tryturbine on X. Keep account details, connected-source content and other private information out of public posts.
To join the beta, request access through the waitlist. If you already have access and want to connect an agent, the agent setup guide explains how to get started.
Privacy requests
Send privacy questions, access requests, corrections, deletion requests or objections to privacy@turbine.so. Read our Privacy Policy for how connected-source data is processed and how you can exercise your rights.
Legal notices
Send legal notices and questions about the terms of using Turbine to legal@turbine.so. The Terms of Service describe the current operator, beta availability and responsibilities for plans and approvals.
Security reports
Report security issues privately to security@turbine.so. Include enough detail to reproduce or assess the issue, and avoid accessing, changing or disclosing anyone else's data. See the Security page for the published controls and reporting guidance.
Operator and agent information
Turbine is currently operated from Switzerland by its founders. Until a Swiss company name is published here, references to "Turbine", "we", "us", or "our" mean the Turbine founding team operating the service.
